Von was raised in a military family, which traveled the United States. She is the second to the youngest of 8 children. Her Parents were hard workers in the Real Estate profession and instilled in her strong work ethics and determination.
Von has always felt that it's important to give back to the community. She is a volunteer for the Guthrie Animal Shelter. You can see Von on the Guthrie CoxTV Channel 20 hosting the "Pet Safari" TV show for the Guthrie Animal Shelter. With joint effort with the shelter, Von and the Animal Control officers show dogs and cats that have been rescued and are up for adoption. The TV show is very informative as Von interviews local Veterinarians on how to topics and educate the public on the importance of spaying and neutering your pets.
Von has raised several thousand of dollars for the
animal shelter expansion project.
Von is married to her husband, Wheeler and they have 3 Boston Terriers and two white Boxers. It is no surprise that Von's home has been a foster family for stray and unwanted pets.
